🔧 How to Reset Your Webex Desk Phone Voicemail PIN

If you’ve forgotten your voicemail PIN or need to reset it for your Cisco Webex desk phone (e.g., 7841, 8800 series, etc.), follow the steps below.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Go to the Webex User Hub Portal

• Open a browser and navigate to:
  https://settings.webex.com
• OR within the Webex Desktop App look for the 📌User Portal Icon

2. Log In Using Your Work Email

• Enter your email address in the format:
  lastname.firstname@horrycountysc.gov
• Click Next.

🔐 You may be redirected to a login screen for Microsoft or prompted to check your email for a verification link. Follow the prompts to complete authentication.

3. Access Calling Settings

• Once logged in, look for the "Settings" section on the dashboard.
• Click on the "Calling" tab
• Click on the “Voicemail” tab

4. Reset Your Voicemail PIN

• In the voicemail settings area, locate the option to Reset Voicemail PIN.
• Enter a new 6-digit PIN that meets the requirements.
• Confirm the new PIN and click Save.

🔁 This new PIN will now be used when accessing voicemail from your Webex desk phone.
