You may be expecting a message on your office phone while away from your desk for an extended period of time. You can access your voicemail from any phone remotely.

Whether you're in the office or working remotely, follow the steps below to check your voicemail.

📞 In Office

  1. Standard Mailbox Access:

    • Dial 6245 or press the Voicemail button on your desk phone.

    • Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted.

  2. Shared Mailbox Access:

    • Dial 6245 or press the Voicemail button.

    • When prompted, press the * (Star) key.

    • Enter the 4-digit extension of the shared mailbox (e.g., *1234).

    • Enter the PIN for the shared mailbox.

🌐 Remote Access

  1. Dial 843-915-6245 from any phone.

  2. Follow the same steps listed above for accessing a standard or shared mailbox.
